Payment for services are due at time of booking. All services may be canceled within 24 hours of booking with full refund. 

You must cancel 10 days prior to start date for 100% refund. 

5 day cancelation prior to start date will result in 50% refund. 

4-3 day cancelation prior to start date will result in 25% refund. 

2-0 day cancelation will result in 0% refund. If there are extreme circumstances or dates shift slightly please reach out and we can discuss rescheduling.

All drop in services require a 3 day cancelation prior to start date for 100% refund. Anything less than 3 days will be a 0% refund. Rescheduling for a service date that falls within the following 7 days of the original service date is accepted with no additional fees.
